You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving an item. Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the return instructions and provide a prepaid return label. Yellowbird Foods pays the return shipping cost and does not charge a restocking fee.
Items should be returned in the condition received, with the original packaging when reasonably possible. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can make it right without limiting any rights available under law.
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your financial institution may take 5–10 business days to display the credit. You may request cancellation before an order ships; after shipment, the standard return process applies.
